vanilla - 1 tsp
salt - 1 tsp
brown sugar - 2 c
baking soda - 1/2 tsp
corn syrup - 1/2 c
oleo - 1 c
popped popcorn - 8 qts

How to make microwave caramel corn:

Melt oleo, stir in sugar and syrup. Bring to a boil and boil one minute without stirring.

Take off heat and add 1 tsp. vanilla and 1/2 tsp. soda. Pour over popped corn and mix in large pan.

Pour into brown grocery bag and shake. Put into microwave for two minutes. Take out and shake and return to microwave for two more minutes. Store in an air tight container.
