  • chopped onion, sauteed - 1 item
  • to 2 cans stewed tomatoes - 1 item
  • to 2 cans pinto beans - 1 item
  • ground beef or chicken, cooked - 1 lb

How to make mexican soup:

Simmer all ingredients and then add cheese. Stir until completely mixed. Serve with tortilla chips and quesadillas.
