Whole wheat banana bread

- brown sugar - 3/4 c
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- margarine - 1/2 c
- whole wheat flour - 1 c
- plain yogurt - 1/4 c
- white flour - 1/2 c
- 4 tsp
- large bananas mashed - 2 item
How to make whole wheat banana bread:
Cream margarine and sugar till creamy. Beat in egg. Sift flours, baking soda and salt. Put aside. Combine bananas and yogurt. Add dry ingredients alternating with banana mixture to margarine mixture, stirring just enough to combine. Turn in oiled 9x5-inch loaf pan. Bake at 350°F. for 50 to 60 minutes. cool in pan 10 minutes. Remove. Finish cooling on rack.Recipe categories: Breads, Low cholesterol, Quick breads.
