Ingredients/Components
- large onion, chopped - 1 item
- ground chuck - 2 lb
- can shoe peg corn - 1 item
- taco mix with 1 c - 1 pkg
- ranch dressing mix with 1 c - 1 pkg
- can tomato - 1 oz
- can pinto beans - 1 item
- can Rotel tomatoes - 1 item
How to make mexican soup:
Brown meat and onion. Combine taco mix with water; combine dressing mix with water. Combine all ingredients, except the meat and onions. When all is mixed and warm, add meat and onions. Simmer 45 minutes. Top with nachos and grated cheese.Recipe categories: Low cholesterol, Low fat, Soups & stews.
