- hamburger meat - 1 lb
- can Ro-Tel tomatoes - 1 item
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- cans pinto beans - 2 item
- Ranch dressing - 1 pkg
- cans chili beans - 2 item
- large can diced tomatoes - 1 item
- taco season - 1 pkg
- cans Shoepeg corn - 2 item
How to make mexican soup:
Cook hamburger. Drain. Open all canned vegetables together, onion. Add taco seasoning and Ranch dressing. Add all together 2 cups water. Cook until onion is tender.Extra: You can add cheese and small sour cream and use dip chip, if desired.
