Ingredients/Components

  • hamburger meat - 1 lb
  • can Ro-Tel tomatoes - 1 item
  • small onion, chopped - 1 item
  • cans pinto beans - 2 item
  • Ranch dressing - 1 pkg
  • cans chili beans - 2 item
  • large can diced tomatoes - 1 item
  • taco season - 1 pkg
  • cans Shoepeg corn - 2 item

How to make mexican soup:

Cook hamburger. Drain. Open all canned vegetables together, onion. Add taco seasoning and Ranch dressing. Add all together 2 cups water. Cook until onion is tender.

Extra: You can add cheese and small sour cream and use dip chip, if desired.
