Ingredients/Components

  • water - 2 c
  • 8 oz
  • 5 oz
  • shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 c
  • ground cumin - 1 tsp
  • dried oregano - 1 Tbsp
  • bay leaves - 2 item
  • can diced tomatoes with green chilies - 1 oz
  • can bean with bacon soup undiluted - 1 1/2
  • can whole kernel yellow corn - 1 item

How to make mexican soup:

Mix together. Bring to simmer. Simmer for about 1 hour. Serve with cheese sprinkled on top. Can use Cheddar and Monterey Jack. Yields 12 cups.
