Ingredients/Components
- water - 2 c
- 8 oz
- 5 oz
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- ground cumin - 1 tsp
- dried oregano - 1 Tbsp
- bay leaves - 2 item
- can diced tomatoes with green chilies - 1 oz
- can bean with bacon soup undiluted - 1 1/2
- can whole kernel yellow corn - 1 item
How to make mexican soup:
Mix together. Bring to simmer. Simmer for about 1 hour. Serve with cheese sprinkled on top. Can use Cheddar and Monterey Jack. Yields 12 cups.Recipe categories: Low cholesterol, Low fat, Soups & stews.
