Ingredients/Components
- ground turkey - 2 lb
- can Ro-Tel tomatoes - 1 item
- Hidden Valley Ranch dressing - 1 pkg
- taco seasoning - 1 pkg
- can pinto beans - 1 item
- can white hominy - 1 item
- can yellow hominy - 1 item
- can jalapeno pinto beans - 1 item
- large minced onion - 1 item
How to make mexican soup:
Saute and drain ground turkey and onion. Add (juice included) pinto beans, jalapeno pinto beans, white hominy, yellow hominy, Ro-Tel tomatoes (cut up), 3 cans water, taco seasoning and Hidden Valley Ranch dressing (original mix).
