Ingredients/Components
- salt - 2 tsp
- chopped onion - 2 c
- chili powder - 2 tsp
- garlic cloves, minced - 8 item
- chopped green peppers - 2 c
- tomatoes, cut up - 16 c
- small cans dried chili peppers - 2 item
How to make mexican salsa:
Simmer as thick as you like, then can put in pint jars.You can double or triple the batch or make it much hotter. I sometimes toss in a few jalapeno peppers too (and cilantro).
