Ingredients/Components

  • salt - 2 tsp
  • chopped onion - 2 c
  • chili powder - 2 tsp
  • garlic cloves, minced - 8 item
  • chopped green peppers - 2 c
  • tomatoes, cut up - 16 c
  • small cans dried chili peppers - 2 item

How to make mexican salsa:

Simmer as thick as you like, then can put in pint jars.

You can double or triple the batch or make it much hotter. I sometimes toss in a few jalapeno peppers too (and cilantro).
