Ingredients/Components
- hamburger meat - 1/2 lb
- Cheddar cheese - 1 pkg
- can chopped Ro-Tel - 1 item
- Rice-A-Roni Spanish rice - 1 item
How to make mexican rice casserole:
Cook rice as directed. Brown meat separately. Combine them and add Ro-Tel in 2-quart casserole bowl. Top with shredded Cheddar cheese and bake at 400° until cheese melts.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, One Dish meal.
