Mexican pizza
Ingredients/Components
- water - 3/4 c
- warm water - 1/2 c
- biscuit mix
- ground beef - 1 lb
- tomatoes, chopped - 1 c
- onions, chopped - 1/2 c
- yellow corn meal - 1/2 c
- cheese, grated
- can refried beans - 1/2 oz
- lettuce, chopped
- envelope taco seasoning
- can chili peppers, chopped fine optional - 1 oz
How to make mexican pizza:
Combine biscuit mix and corn meal. Add 1/2 cup water. Mix until soft dough forms. Roll dough into a 12-inch pizza pan. Brown ground meat and drain. Add taco seasoning and 3/4 cup water to meat. Simmer until thick. Spread beans on dough. Layer with chili, beef, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, onions and chili.
