Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3 c
- wings, cut in half - 3 lb
- bottle garlic powder - 1/4 item
How to make chinese chicken wings:
Mix soy sauce, sugar and garlic powder together. Marinate wings in sauce for 6 to 12 hours. Bake at 350° until done and liquid gets sticky.Note: After marinating, put wings on a rack and baste with liquid.
