- ground beef - 1 lb
- cheese - 2 c
- cheese, grated - 1/4 1/2
- taco seasoning - 1 pkg
- can refried beans - 1 item
- olives - 1/2 c
- Spanish rice - 1 pkg
- tub sour cream - 1 item
- enchilada sauce, season to taste - 1 -
How to make enchilada dip:
Brown ground meat and drain. Add taco seasoning with water to ground beef. Cook rice according to package. Cook beans; add enchilada sauce and cheese. Layer in pan; bean mixture, then beef, then rice, then 1 cup cheese, then sour cream, then remaining cheese, then sprinkle olives.Recipe categories: < 60 mins, Appetizers, Dips.
