- eggs, beaten - 6 item
- grated Cheddar cheese - 1 lb
- small can chopped green chilies - 1 item
How to make mexican fudge:
Spread green chili peppers in greased square pan. Cover with cheese. Pour eggs over all. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Cut in small squares and serve as appetizer.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Snacks, Appetizers.
