Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 3 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- tomatoes, chopped - 3 item
- tortilla chips - 1 pkg
- Cheddar cheese, shredded - 8 oz
- taco seasoning mix - 1 pkg
- ripe avocados - 3 item
- cans bean dip or refried beans - 2 1/2
- large bunch of scallions - 1 item
- can sliced, pitted olives - 1 item
How to make mexican dip:
Peel, pit and mash avocado with lemon juice; set aside. Combine mayonnaise, taco seasoning mix and sour cream; set aside. Spread bean dip in shallow bowl, 1-inch deep.
