  • sour cream - 3 c
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
  • pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • mayonnaise - 1/2 c
  • tomatoes, chopped - 3 item
  • tortilla chips - 1 pkg
  • Cheddar cheese, shredded - 8 oz
  • taco seasoning mix - 1 pkg
  • ripe avocados - 3 item
  • cans bean dip or refried beans - 2 1/2
  • large bunch of scallions - 1 item
  • can sliced, pitted olives - 1 item

How to make mexican dip:

Peel, pit and mash avocado with lemon juice; set aside. Combine mayonnaise, taco seasoning mix and sour cream; set aside. Spread bean dip in shallow bowl, 1-inch deep. Spread sour cream mix over beans. Layer avocado mix next. Sprinkle onions, tomatoes
