Ingredients/Components
- crushed oregano - 1 tsp
- bagels plain or flavored - 2 item
- olive oil or cooking spray - 1 item
How to make bagel chips:
With sharp serrated knife, slice bagel into very thin slices. Arrange on nonstick baking sheet. Brush lightly with olive oil or spray. Sprinkle with oregano. Bake at 350° for 10 to 12 minutes, or until lightly browned. Cool. Store in airtight container.Variations: Use chili powder, garlic, dill, basil or tarragon.
