  • cooking oil - 1/4 c
  • grated cheese - 1/2 lb
  • onion, chopped - 1 med
  • can cream style corn
  • self-rising cornmeal - 1 c
  • milk, enough to mix - 1 item
  • sefl-rising flour - 2 Tbsp
  • 2-3 hot peppers, chopped
  • jar pimentoes, chopped and drained

How to make mexican cornbread:

Stir all ingredients together. Preheat oven to 450°. Spoon batter into muffin pans. Bake until brown on top.
