- eggs - 2 item
- cooking oil - 1/4 c
- grated cheese - 1/2 lb
- onion, chopped - 1 med
- can cream style corn
- self-rising cornmeal - 1 c
- milk, enough to mix - 1 item
- sefl-rising flour - 2 Tbsp
- 2-3 hot peppers, chopped
- jar pimentoes, chopped and drained
How to make mexican cornbread:
