Mexican cornbread

Ingredients/Components

• eggs - 3 item
• oil - 1/2 c
• buttermilk - 1 c
• cornmeal - 2 c
• grated cheese - 1 c
• hamburger - 1 lb
• can cream-style corn - 1 item
• onion, chopped fine - 1 c
• jalapeno peppers, chopped - 1/2 c

How to make mexican cornbread:

Mix all ingredients together. Stir well. Bake in greased muffin pans or a 9 x 13-inch pan at 350° until done.
