Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- salt - 1 tsp
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- can cream-style corn - 1 item
- chopped bell pepper - 2 Tbsp
- cup oil - 2/3 item
- cup sour cream - 1 item
- chopped jalapeno peppers - 2 item
- cups grated cheese - 2 item
- cups yellow cornmeal - 1-1/2 item
How to make mexican cornbread:
Mix dry ingredients together. Then add other ingredients except cheese. Pour 1/2 of the mixture into a greased pan (cast iron skillet works well). Then spread on the cheese.
