- egg - 1 item
- stick butter - 1 item
- chopped onions - 2 item
- can whole kernel corn - 1 item
- can creamed corn - 1 item
- Mexican cornbread - 1 pkg
How to make mexican corn casserole:
Melt butter. Put in onion. Pour into bowl all other ingredients; stir well. Put into a 13 x 9-inch Pyrex dish (greased). Bake at 375° for 30 to 35 minutes.Recipe categories: Egg, Side dish, Casseroles.
