- corn meal self-rising - 3 c
- milk
- black pepper - 1 tsp
- cooking oil - 1/2 c
- to 7 jalapeno peppers, cut or chopped - 5 item
- eggs, lightly beaten - 3 item
- sugar - 3 tsp
- grated cheese low-fat
- large onion, chopped - 1 item
- vegetable cooking spray - 1 item
How to make mexican corn bread:
