Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- butter, melted - 6 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- chili powder - 1 Tbsp
- fine dry bread crumbs - 1/2 c
- Parmesan cheese, grated - 1/4 c
- cumin - 1/4 tsp
- chicken breast halves, skinned and boned - 8 item
- can green chiles, diced - 1 oz
- Monterey Jack cheese, cut into 8 strips - 4 oz
How to make mexican chicken kiev:
Put chicken between 2 pieces of wax paper and pound to 1/4-inch thick. Put 2 tablespoons chiles and 1 strip cheese in center of each chicken piece. Roll up and tuck ends under.
