  • milk - 2 c
  • flour - 1/4 c
  • margarine - 4 Tbsp
  • lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
  • dry mustard - 1/4 tsp
  • paprika - 1 tsp
  • dash of garlic powder - 1 item
  • chili powder
  • catsup - 1 tsp
  • mayonnaise - 1 c
  • clove garlic, finely minced - 1 item
  • plain yogurt - 1/2 c
  • black pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • American cheese, grated - 6 oz
  • cumin - 1 tsp
  • parsley, minced - 1/4 1/2
  • Bleu cheese, crumbled - 4 6
  • jalapeno pepper, minced - 1/2 item
  • jalapeno pepper juice - 1 tsp
  • green onions, finely chopped both white and green parts - 2 item

How to make mexican cheese dip:

Mix all the ingredients together. Refrigerate at least one hour before serving. Garnish with additional parsley.
