Ingredients/Components
- garlic salt - 1 item
- grated cheese - 1 item
- cheese - 1 item
- onion - 1 item
- green pepper - 1 item
- black olives, sliced - 1 item
- small can tomato sauce - 1 item
- browned beef - 1 item
- crushed Fritos or taco chips - 1 item
- small red beans with juice pinto beans are good - 1 item
- can enchilada sauce or taco sauce* - 1 item
How to make mexican casserole:
Note: No quantities are listed, so you may use any quantity, large or small, that fits the number of mouths you have to feed.*I use 8 ounce can enchilada sauce plus 12 ounce jar chili sauce.
Layer ingredients, top with cheese halfway through cooking time. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes to 1 hour in covered casserole dish.
