Homemade manicotti
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 Tbsp
- flour - 1 c
- water - 1 c
- egg - 1 item
- dash of salt and pepper - 1 item
- parsley - 1 item
- Ricotta can use skim
- grated Mozzarella can use skim - 3 Tbsp
How to make homemade manicotti:
Filling:1 lb. Ricotta (can use skim)1 egg3 Tbsp. grated Mozzarella (can use skim) parsley Shell: Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Pour into small frying pan, enough to cover bottom of pan. Cook on medium heat until set (cooks quickly). Flip to other side. Remove from frying pan and onto a plate. Put wax paper between each shell to prevent sticking.Filling: Mix all ingredients together.
Spoon filling on shell and roll. Place in baking pan. Cover with tomato sauce. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes at 350°.
