Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 5 item
- milk - 2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- mustard - 1 tsp
- slices bread - 6 item
- sausage - 1 lb
- grated sharp cheese
How to make sausage casserole:
Brown, drain and cool sausage. Line bottom of a 9 x 13-inch dish with bread. Mix sausage and cheese and spread over bread. Beat eggs, milk, salt and mustard and pour over casserole. Refrigerate at least 8 hours. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Pork.
