  • flour - 1/3 c
  • butter - 1/3 c
  • melted butter - 1/2 c
  • mashed sweet potatoes - 4 c
  • Topping:1 c
  • chopped nuts or rolled oats - 1 c

How to make sweet potato casserole:

Mix casserole ingredients and pour in dish.Topping:1 c. brown sugar1/3 c. butter1/3 c. flour1 c. chopped nuts or rolled oats Mix topping ingredients and sprinkle over casserole. Bake at 350°.

Pour juice from canned sweet potatoes over topping before or after baking. Keeps topping moist.
