Mexican casserole
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1 tsp
- can tomato sauce - 1 oz
- hamburger - 1 lb
- onion - 1 item
- corn chips - 1 item
- bell pepper, chopped - 1 item
- taco seasoning
- sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded - 1/2 lb
- can tomatoes with juice - 1 oz
- can chili beans, drained - 1 oz
How to make mexican casserole:
Cook onion and hamburger; add salt and pepper, bell pepper and seasoning mix, tomatoes (chopped a little), tomato sauce and chili beans. Let simmer for 30 minutes. Pour into 2-quart casserole.
