- flour - 3/4 c
- butter - 1/4 c
- nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
- egg yolks - 3 item
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- pumpkin - 2 c
- nuts - 1/2 c
- ginger - 1 tsp
- lemon juice - 1 tsp
- 10x sugar
- beaten eggs - 3 item
- margarine, melted - 1/2 c
- pumpkin, mashed - 2/3 c
How to make pumpkin roll:
Filling:1 c. 10x sugar1/4 c. butter6 oz. cream cheese1 tsp. vanilla24 crushed graham crackers (about 2 c.)1/3 c. sugar1/2 c. margarine, melted2 eggs, beaten3/4 c. sugar8 oz. cream cheese2 c. pumpkin3 egg yolks1/2 c. sugar1/2 c. milk1/2 tsp. salt1 Tbsp. cinnamon Beat 3 egg whites and 1/4 cup sugar and add to pumpkin mixture after it is cool.
