Banana cream pie

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 3/4 c
• vanilla
• milk - 2 c
• salt - 1/2 tsp
• flour
• cornstarch
• egg yolks - 4 item
• heavy cream - 1 c
• bananas - 3 item
• 9-inch pie crust - 1 item

How to make banana cream pie:

Scald milk and cream. Combine flour, cornstarch, sugar and salt. Add to milk and cook until thickened, stirring constantly (up to 15 minutes). Stir a small amount into beaten egg yolks. Add yolks to milk mixture. Add vanilla. Cook a few more minutes
