Ingredients/Components

  • eggs - 2 item
  • brown sugar - 2 Tbsp
  • lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • parsley flakes - 1/3 c
  • ketchup - 1/3 c
  • crushed cornflakes - 1 c
  • ground beef - 2 lb
  • onion flakes - 1/2 tsp
  • bottle chili sauce - 1 oz
  • Make into small balls

How to make meatballs and sauce:

Mix well. Make into small balls. Place in single layer in 9 x 13-inch pan.Sauce:1 can jellied cranberry sauce1 (12 oz.) bottle chili sauce2 Tbsp. brown sugar1 Tbsp. lemon juice Mix in saucepan and heat about 5 minutes. Pour sauce over meatballs and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
