Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- salt - 1 Tbsp
- garlic powder - 1 tsp
- parsley flakes - 1 Tbsp
- fine bread crumbs - 1/2 1
- ground beef - 2 lb
- olive oil - 3 Tbsp
- grated Romano or Parmesan cheese - 1/4 c
- tomato sauce Italian tomato sauce recipe - 1 item
How to make meatballs:
Mix all ingredients (except oil and tomato sauce) with hands in a large bowl. When mixed, form 1 1/2 to 2-inch diameter balls. Fry in olive oil until browned and crusty on outside. Put in tomato sauce and simmer 1 hour.Recipe categories: Main dish, Ground beef, Beef.
