Meatball stroganoff
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 8 oz
- milk - 1/3 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- water - 3/4 c
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- 8 oz - 4 c
- Worcestershire sauce - 1/2 tsp
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- ground beef - 1 lb
- dry bread crumbs - 1/3 c
- green onion slices - 2 Tbsp
- jar mushrooms, drained
- Kraft oil - 1/4 c
How to make meatball stroganoff:
Combine meat, bread crumbs, milk, egg, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Form into 24 meatballs; brown in oil. Cook 10 to 15 minutes or until done; remove meatballs. Add green onion; cook until tender. Add cream cheese, water and mushrooms. Heat over low heat; stir until smooth. Arrange meatballs over hot noodles; cover with sauce.
