Ingredients/Components

  • pkg - 8 oz
  • milk - 1/3 c
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • water - 3/4 c
  • egg, beaten - 1 item
  • 8 oz - 4 c
  • Worcestershire sauce - 1/2 tsp
  • dash of pepper - 1 item
  • ground beef - 1 lb
  • dry bread crumbs - 1/3 c
  • green onion slices - 2 Tbsp
  • jar mushrooms, drained
  • Kraft oil - 1/4 c

How to make meatball stroganoff:

Combine meat, bread crumbs, milk, egg, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Form into 24 meatballs; brown in oil. Cook 10 to 15 minutes or until done; remove meatballs. Add green onion; cook until tender. Add cream cheese, water and mushrooms. Heat over low heat; stir until smooth. Arrange meatballs over hot noodles; cover with sauce. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
