  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • honey - 4 Tbsp
  • ground ginger - 1 Tbsp
  • dry mustard - 1 Tbsp
  • cloves garlic, minced - 3 item
  • soy sauce - 3 Tbsp
  • Tabasco sauce - 1/3 tsp
  • beer

How to make meat marinade:

Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl and use as a marinade for chicken, pork and lamb or on ham before roasting or broiling.
