- eggs - 6 item
- pkg - 1 oz
- heavy cream - 1 pt
How to make chocolate mousse:
Melt chocolate over double boiler and let cool. Beat 2 eggs and add to chocolate. Separate 4 eggs. Let whites stand at room temperature. Beat egg whites until peaks form; add rest of yolks to chocolate mixture. Add beaten egg whites to chocolate. Beat heavy cream until whipped and fold everything together and refrigerate.
