Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- powdered sugar
- margarine - 1 lb
- peanut butter - 2 c
- white almond bark - 1 pkg
- dark almond bark - 1 pkg
How to make peanut butter balls:
Cream the margarine, peanut butter, powdered sugar and vanilla. Roll into bite size balls. Chill for several hours or overnight.In a double boiler, melt 1/2 of the white and 1/2 of the dark almond bark. Using a toothpick, dip the balls into the chocolate. Place on wax paper to cool. Can be frozen.
