Nacho dip
Ingredients/Components
- chopped onion - 1 item
- hamburger - 1 lb
- tortilla chips - 1 item
- taco sauce - 1 c
- refried beans - 16 oz
- grated Cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese - 2 3
- diced chilies - 4 oz
How to make nacho dip:
Brown hamburger and onion. Spread refried beans in 9 x 13-inch pan. Spread drained hamburger on top of beans. Sprinkle chilies over bean-burger mixture. Spread cheese (can combine both cheeses if wanted) over top. Sprinkle taco sauce over top. Bake at 400° for 20 to 25 minutes, until hot and bubbly. Serve immediately.
