  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • butter - 2 Tbsp
  • grated cheese - 1 c
  • grated onion - 4 Tbsp
  • servings mashed potatoes - 8 item

How to make mashed potato casserole:

Prepare mashed potatoes. Set aside. Melt butter and cheese. Add remaining ingredients. Pour mixture over mashed potatoes and mix. Spoon into a greased casserole dish. Bake uncovered at 400° for 45 minutes.
