Zucchini casserole
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1/4 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- butter - 1 Tbsp
- melted butter - 2 Tbsp
- paprika - 1/8 tsp
- grated cheese - 1 Tbsp
- cracker crumbs - 1/2 c
- chives - 1 Tbsp
- zucchini - 2 lb
- egg yolk, beaten - 1 item
How to make zucchini casserole:
Cook and drain zucchini. Place in a greased 1 1/2-quart casserole dish. In skillet, melt butter, add sour cream, cheese, salt and paprika. When cheese is melted, remove from heat and add egg yolk and chives. Pour over zucchini. Sprinkle bread crumbs on top, then bake at 350° for 20 minutes.Recipe categories: Egg, Side dish, Casseroles.
