  • mashed sweet potatoes, cooked - 2 c
  • sugar - 1 c
  • egg - 1 item
  • stick margarine, melted - 1 item
  • evaporated milk
  • vanilla flavoring - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • cinnamon

How to make sweet potato pie:

Mix all ingredients until creamy. Pour in unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes. Makes two (2) small pies.
