- salt - 1 tsp
- margarine - 1/4 c
- pepper - 1 tsp
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- minced onion - 1/4 tsp
- medium potatoes - 6 item
How to make mashed potato casserole:
Cook potatoes with skin; cool, peel and shred. In saucepan over low heat melt cheese with margarine. Stir until melted. Remove from heat and let stand at room temperature. Combine cheese mixture, sour cream, onion, salt and pepper. Fold into potatoes. Put into greased casserole dish. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.Recipe categories: Potato, Main dish, Casseroles.
