Ingredients/Components
- sour cream
- salt - 1 tsp
- margarine - 1/4 c
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- chopped onion - 1/3 c
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 2 c
- medium potatoes - 6 item
How to make scalloped potatoes:
Boil potatoes in saucepan over low heat. Combine cheese and margarine. Stir over low heat until melted. Remove from heat and blend in remaining ingredients. Fold potatoes into mixture and pour into 2 quart greased casserole. Bake at 450° for 25 minutes. Serves 8.Recipe categories: Low protein, Potato, Vegetables.
