Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1/2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- butter - 1/4 c
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 2 c
- minced onion - 1 Tbsp
- medium potatoes - 6 item
How to make gourmet potatoes:
Cook potatoes. Peel and shred coarsely. Heat butter in a saucepan. Remove from heat. Add the cheese to the butter. Stir until partially melted. Blend in sour cream, onion, salt and pepper. Fold this mixture into potatoes. Place in a greased 2-quart casserole dish; dot with butter. Bake uncovered at 350° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
