  • vegetable oil - 1/3 c
  • potatoes cut into large chunks - 2 lb
  • envelope Lipton Recipe Secrets Onion Soup Mix - 1 item

How to make onion-roasted potatoes:

Preheat oven to 450°F.

In large plastic bag or bowl, add all ingredients. Close bag and shake, or toss in bowl, until potatoes are evenly coated. Empty potatoes into shallow cooking or roasting pan. Bake, stirring occasionally, 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden brown.
