Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- water - 1 Tbsp
- oil - 1/4 c
- vinegar - 3/4 c
- pepper - 1 tsp
- chopped celery - 1 c
- green onions - 2 item
- green pepper - 1 item
- jar pimento - 1 item
- can French-style green beans - 1 item
- can Shoepeg corn - 1 item
- can English peas - 1 item
How to make marinated vegetable salad:
Drain last 4 ingredients. Combine first 6 ingredients in saucepan. Bring to boil. Cool. Combine vegetables. Stir in vegetable mixture. Cover and place in refrigerator. Stir occasionally. Let stand 12 hours.Recipe categories: Condiments, etc., Salads, Marinades and rubs.
