Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- water - 1 Tbsp
- oil - 1/2 c
- vinegar - 3/4 c
- pepper - 1 tsp
- onion - 1 item
- celery - 1 c
- green pepper - 1 item
- can French-style green beans - 1 item
- can Shoe Peg corn - 1 item
- can English peas - 1 item
- can pimento - 1 item
How to make vegetable salad:
Chop celery, pepper, onion and pimento. Drain vegetables; mix salt, pepper, vinegar, sugar, water and oil. Bring to boil until sugar is dissolved. Let cool; pour over vegetables and mix. Let set overnight in refrigerator.Recipe categories: Salads, Vegan, Vegetables.
