Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- vegetable oil - 1/2 c
- vinegar - 3/4 c
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- chopped onion - 1/4 1/2
- chopped green pepper - 1/2 1
- diced celery - 1/2 c
- can LeSueur peas - 1 oz
- can white Shoe Peg corn - 1 oz
- French green beans - 1 (15
How to make marinated vegetable salad:
Drain and combine vegetables. Toss lightly. Combine remaining ingredients in medium saucepan. Bring to a boil over low heat. Stir occasionally. Pour over vegetables. Stir gently to blend.
