Marinated shrimp
Ingredients/Components
- clove garlic, minced - 1 item
- Dijon mustard - 1 Tbsp
- shallots, minced - 1/4 c
- capers - 1 Tbsp
- shrimp, peeled and deveined - 4 lb
- extra virgin olive oil - 3/4 c
- hot red pepper sauce - 1/2 tsp
- fresh chives, minced - 2 Tbsp
- chive blossom, white wine or rice vinegar - 3/4 c
- sweet green pepper, cored, seeded and minced - 1/4 c
How to make marinated shrimp:
In a large, nonreactive bowl, combine all ingredients, except shrimp. Whisk together. Fill a large kettle 3/4 full of water; bring to a boil over high heat. Add shrimp; cook until opaque in the center, or for about 3 to 4 minutes. Drain; add to the maRecipe categories: Seafood, Shellfish, Shrimp.
