Marinated mushrooms
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 Tbsp
- salad oil - 1/2 c
- clove garlic, minced - 1 item
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- medium onion, sliced thin - 1 item
- fresh mushrooms, quartered - 1 lb
- tarragon vinegar or cider vinegar with 1/4 c - 2/3 c
How to make marinated mushrooms:
Mix everything except mushrooms in pan. Boil mixture. Pour over mushrooms and let cool. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Serve with toothpicks and pieces of crackers to catch marinade.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Appetizers, Marinades and rubs.
