Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- salad oil - 1/2 c
- prepared mustard - 1 tsp
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- can tomato soup - 1 item
- green pepper, sliced - 1 item
- white vinegar - 3/4 c
- medium onion, sliced - 1 item
- cut carrots - 5 c
How to make marinated carrots:
Cook carrots in small amount of water with a little salt. Drain. Combine carrots, green pepper and onion. Mix vinegar, sugar, soup and mustard together. Pour over vegetable mixture. Marinate 12 hours.Recipe categories: < 60 mins, Vegetables, Carrots.
