Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 Tbsp
- water - 1/2 c
- vinegar - 1/4 c
- salad oil - 3 Tbsp
- dry mustard - 1 tsp
- paprika - 1 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
- catsup - 1/2 c
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- franks - 12 item
- drop of Tabasco sauce - 1 item
- medium sized onion, chopped - 1 item
How to make barbecued frankfurters:
Lightly brown onion in salad oil. Add combined remaining ingredients, except franks. Simmer 15 minutes. Split franks. Place in shallow baking dish and pour over sauce. Bake at 375° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Meat, Picnic.
